Christian Peralta of Peralta and Dvoran is a highly knowledgeable, aggressive attorney. Christian has successfully represented clients in family law matters in the Central Florida area, achieving positive results litigating complex issues of parental responsibility, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, attorney's fees, and numerous other family-law related legal issues.
Christian attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate student, obtaining her bachelor's degree in criminology and political science. She then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and graduated with honors. Christian is passionate about family law, and most enjoys the litigation aspect of her practice. During her free time, Christian enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband Bryan, her son Elijah, her daughter Sofia and their two dogs.

Kaitlyn Dvoran of Peralta and Dvoran attended the University of Central Florida as an undergraduate student, obtaining her bachelor's degree in legal studies while working as a family law paralegal. She then attended law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2020. During law school Kaitlyn interned at a family law firm in Lake County, where she gained real-life exposure to family law issues which solidified her decision to practice family law. Kaitlyn has since practiced exclusively family law in Lake County, Sumter County, Orange County, and the surrounding Central Florida area.
Kaitlyn has handled an array of family law cases from divorce, department of children and families, adoptions, and much more. In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, daughter Kora and attending local events.

Katie Saunders is the Office Manager and Paralegal for Peralta and Dvoran. She has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and accounting. Managing client satisfaction and running numbers in financially complex cases are Katie's areas of expertise.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her daughter and friends, and during the Summer you will find her at the beach or on the lake soaking up the warm Florida Sunshine.

Ashley Crosby is the Lead Paralegal at Peralta and Dvoran, P.A. She has been a paralegal for over eleven years, seven of which she has been working in exclusively family law. Due to her expertise in the field, Ashley has developed a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of family legal matters within the state.
With an extensive background in Florida family law, Ashley is well-equipped to assist clients with various issues, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and more. Ashley's approach is characterized by empathy and personalized attention. Recognizing the emotional challenges often associated with family law matters, Ashley strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Tiffani can best be described at the office as the IT guru. She prides herself on her ability to thrive under pressure, attention to detail and her compassion for her clients.
Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys spending time with her husband and son and volunteering locally.
